Does Marriage Counseling Really Work?

You may be considering the worth of spending $200 per session for marriage counseling as your marriage is having some problems. There are some couples who do take this tact for their marriage but they still do not succeed. Marriage counselors are there just to facilitate for you if you are willing to do the work to fix it.

Guy and Madonna tried marriage counseling, and despite the good advice they were given by a counselor, they still wound up calling it quits. Many couples try marriage counseling as a last resort and the real problem is that one or both partners have reached a point of disgust with the other and are unwilling or unable to make positive changes in their relationship.

You may be able to do some of the things a counselor would suggest such as keeping the communication line more open and planning some quality time on a regular basis and help your marriage yourself.
