There are various phases that relationships under go. It goes well at the start. You get to know significant other by spending hours on the phone with them. The two of you have a nice time when you go out. You’re contented by just enjoying one another’s company. But, things one way or another begin to change. When couples start to experience problems in their relationship, most of the time they don’t even recognize where it originated or what triggered the issue. Once you’ve been dumped by an ex that you’re still in love with then your main goal is usually to find some way to win back an ex who has broken your heart. What is usually the case though is that most people don’t have a clue where to start and they either rush around sending expensive gifts or making a ton of phone calls – all of which only serve to push their exs further away.
Your opening move to win back an ex, should always be to approach the mission in a calm and relaxed manner. Do nothing that is going to make you appear as desperate and needy because again, your ex will only find it a turn off.
To get yourself in a calm and rational place, you need to take some time out from the heat and drama of the breakup. Too often people don’t take this time out and instead just panic and believe they have to win back an ex by going straight in hard from day one.
As you take this time, concentrate on the things that are going to make you feel good about yourself and what you need to keep

“My husband is angry with me and I feel like he doesn’t love me anymore.” Sadly, that statement is one that many women make on a daily basis. Being married to a man with a temper is not easy. It’s even more challenging when the rage overshadows your relationship and you don’t know exactly what he feels for you anymore. It’s natural to assume that he stopped loving you if he’s always upset with you. However, that’s not always the case. Many men allow their frustrations to creep into their marriages and their attitude becomes so unruly that it begins to destroy the relationship they share with their wife. One of the most frightening experiences a grown man can face is to find himself re-entering the dating game long after he’s burned his little black book. The world of dating has changed a lot in recent years and online dating is only one that things have changed. Dating after breaking up is never easy but getting out there and starting over is a necessary step on your way to recovery.
